Are you planning a trip to New Zealand, but don't know where to start?

Or don't have the time to read through all the travel guides and make your own arrangements?

We have travelled extensively throughout New Zealand and lived in nine different regions over many years. New Zealand is a very special destination, and we want to share our knowledge of many wonderful places to visit with travellers like yourself, so that your visit is truly enriching.

We offer a two stage itinerary service.

The first stage is to complete an on-line questionnaire, to let us know more about you, your plans, timeframe, interests and budget. We will then plan your personalised itinerary around this information to suit your individual situation and interests.

The itinerary planner includes:

- a daily plan of travel destinations to stay at

- estimated travel times between destinations

- recommended activities and places to visit according to your preferences

- plus a list of local accommodation providers in each area.

We will take into account realistic travel times between areas, and leave you plenty of time to explore each place you stay in. No bookings will be made at this stage.

The cost for the itinerary planner is £100, andyou are then free to amend the plan and make bookings as you choose, from the recommended providers or others.

If your dates change or you would like amendments to be made to the planner, please discuss this with us. There may be additional charges for rework of the plan.

You will need to allow up to three weeks for preparation of the itinerary planner. We will be in touch if there is anything we are unsure of as we go through the process. Please also email us with any other comments, suggestions or preferences you have, which you would like us to take into account as we prepare your itinerary.

Bookings Stage

The second stage is making the bookings. If you choose this service, we can arrange all bookings for accommodation, excursions and activities for a further charge of £100. Flights to and from New Zealand are not included and need to be booked separately. Deposits and payments can either be paid through us or direct to the service providers, as you prefer. You can indicate your preferences for accommodation and activities from the itinerary planner we provide, or leave it to us to select the most suitable. Whichever way you choose, we aim to make the process simple and clear for you.

Planning your first trip to New Zealand is a big undertaking and commitment. Without local knowledge you are likely to miss out on experiences you may never have otherwise, and risk unworkable timeframes for travel and excursions. New Zealand should be enjoyed and not rushed, so make the most of your time available with our thorough planning service.
