Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is of particular importance to us. If you are not happy with itineraries or goods you purchase from us, we will refund your purchases without question. Itineraries will be refunded following your trip if the information and suggestions provided did not meet your expectations provided that an explanation is supplied in writing. Goods must be returned within 10 days in unused condition.

Payments for bookings and deposits for trips and accommodation will be subject to the external provider's refund policy. We can take no responsibility for the standards of accommodation and excursions which are recommended through this site or the itinerary service. However we will always endeavour to find quality providers and would appreciate notification of any services found unsatisfactory, so that future recommendations can be amended.
